I'm a photographer documenting life in Pennsylvania.
Photography has always been a love affair I can't live without. Everything started when I was little and I saw my dad taking photos every time we would go out, and travel, and when I was in middle school I was able to save enough money to get my hands on a camera. That's when I discovered I could tell stories through photographs, and ever since then my lens became an extension of how I see the world.
One of my favorite things to do is to travel, meet people, and discover the world. I usually take my camera with me and I try to capture the beauty of life as I see it. (To see more of this check out my "traveler" section.)
I doubled majored in journalism and writing, because I'm passionate about documenting and telling stories through writing, photography, and film. The more intimate and raw the stories are, the better. I'm currently in the process of finishing up my first book, but the process is time consuming and it gets tedious at times. As you may imagine, introspection is part of my every-day, and I'm very comfortable being by myself--in fact I need solitude, but I often find myself craving the company of amazing human beings.
Life never stops surprising me, and I truly believe anything is possible in this world. My camera has giving me access to experiences I would not have had otherwise, and I'm forever thankful for that. I'm lucky to be able to witness love, and the authenticity of people's emotions through my lens, which more than an object, it's a tool to see beyond the physical.
When I'm not writing or editing one of my all-time favorite things to do is to hang out with my fury baby, Luna who has the sassiest and sweetest personality any miniature schnauzer could ever wish for. You can also find me reading, especially if there's a comfortable sofa with a window view where I can curl up wearing puffy sucks, and drinking a cup (or too many) of coffee.
I don't sleep much, and I'm usually described as having too much energy and talking too much. I try to take a day off every week to disconnect, recharge, and explore a new place, and if it's surrounded by nature, even better! I'm a believer that nature is the ultimate teacher, and everything we need to know in life can be learned by observing nature. That being said, If you know of any beautiful places in Pennsylvania, make sure to let me know.
I love to have deep, interesting, and mind-blowing conversations that keep me up at night. In my experience, those are the conversations we remember for the rest of our lives with a smile on our face. This brings me to connection. For me, there's nothing more amazing than to meeting magical humans who mesmerize and inspire me with the way they see and live life. I would never pass on these moments, because they open our minds and shape us into who we are today.
Thank you for your interest. :) If you want to connect, or have further questions feel free to message me.
